The company I work for is considering migrating QlikView applications to Tableau. I am not very knowledgeable in Tableau, but I am thinking if it's even possible since our applications has a lot of set analysis built in the dashboards. Can Tableau handle that? I assume it's possible to migrate data models using certain tools, but what about complex front end logic? If not migrating is it possible to redevelop nearly same functionality in Tableau that is in QlikView? Do you guys know any other arguments that could be against migrating to Tableau?
