Hi Experts,
I have installed QlikView on Microsoft Azure virtual machine(Win 2012 server). Everything's works fine there i am able to access the report through access point.
I need to know will it be possible to access the Access point or a specific report outside my Azure VM? If yes and then please guide me on how to implement this?
I don't require any security or anything on the report just normal access to the report over internet.
Using the below link I am able to access the report on Azure VM but not outside.
http://localhost/QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx?open=&id=QVS%40mytestvm%7CSample_test.qvw&client=Ajax
Well, localhost is a hostname for the machine you are currently working on. Always. On your own desktop/laptop, it will refer to your own dekstop/laptop.
Is your VM accessible from the internet by way of a domainname (something like www.yourcompany.com)? Is the access point accessible from the internet using a domainname, like in http : //yourVMdomainname/qlikview?

Thank Peter for the hint.
After enabling the port i am able to access the access point with the domain name over internet.
