QlikView performance issue

I have a qlikview page that takes a minute to load objects, loading data. How can I understand where the problem of this slowness lies?
Is there a way to see where the problem might lie?

Hi Danosoft,

Best will be to use the governance dashboard to identify the root cause of the slow performance. You can also see which chart is taking maximum time.

Hi i have Qlikview server 11.20.12, i installed the dashboard 2.1.2 but when i reload it i see those errors 

I tried with the version 2.1.4 but is worse.
