I have been using QlikView for about a year and a half now and have developed my skillset mainly through the helpful people on this forum...
This has helped to the point that I now look at my early reports and wonder what possesed me to do some things the way that I did....
I would like to move to the next level and I am currently giving thought to the type of courses which I should investigate with a view to putting them forward to my Group IT Director for inclusion in next years training budget...
Areas which I think I should be looking at are....
SQL - have enough skills to get by but have only just learned through this forum that you can have an SQL query within an SQL query which says I need to learn more...
VBScript - prior to QlikView I have never dabbled in VBScript although I do have some VBA knowledge built up using Microsoft Access. have purchased Wrox VBScript ( third edition) book to work through and am trying to get to grips with the API guide.
I am hoping that other users have been in a similar position to mine and can pass on their experience and provide feedback on what I should be doing next...
Any feedback greatly appreciated...
