QlikView11 Header Authentication with IIS 7 - Issue

Hi,

we are using header authentication using QlikView 11 hosted on IIS7. Its working fine in Intranet but showing error while accessing through Internet. we are using SSO authentication. Surprisingly, it was working fine initially, but now its showing 'Loading Content' without doing any changes in IIS and QlikView server. This is kind of weird behavior of server. Any kind of help/suggestions are highly appreciated.
