Qlikmaps Extension

I have Qlikmaps2.2.1 extension installed in accesspoint server.

Issue :- I can see the maps when i logged-in  in one system through my credentials to that accesspoint but when i log-in to other system to that access point , maps are not displayed, i'm getting a big box only. Is there any system specific settings for maps visibility?

Do you have a proxy defined on the server ?  Log on to the server and check the proxy setting in IE if you are using IE Browser

This mean, it is working on my colleague's system but not in my system.

His system has IE9 and mine is IE11

Because extension doesn't work in IE9. Can you ask him to update as you have?

Another idea came to my mind, are you using Ajax client into IE11 box? Extensions are available only into Ajax client
