Hi,
I installed Oracle 11g administrator 85-bit on Windows 64-bit.
TNSPING shows the path as expected, therefore TNSNAMES.ORA is correct and the path settings are correct (I assume).
Creating a OLE DB 64 bit connection to my Oracle databases gives an error back: ORA 12154, Could not resolve TNS Names.
I'm stunned. I don't know why.
Registry is set to TNSNAMES home.
Any help is appreciated.
