Qlikview 11.2 SR13 to 12.2 SR3 upgrade

Hi All,

Can we upgrade directly from 11.2 SR13 to 12.2 and is 12.2 supported by the Nprinting 18 version?

It would be great if someone can explain the issues we would commonly face.
