Qlikview 11.20.12664.0 SR 9 on a Surface Pro 3

1) I am performing a Help / Qlikview Update / Check now and the message implies I don't have the latest version...is this in fact the latest version?

2) I am working on a Surface Pro 3 w/ i7 processor and 8GB of RAM - my Qlikview visualization that opens on other hardware with out any issues causes the application to go non-responsive periodically. Any issues w/ Qlikview on the Surface Pro 3?
