Can you please let me know the differences in between Qlikview 11 and 12 versions

What are the things are working in 11 and not in 12(disadvantages of 12)

Yeah,

I faced similar issue like you.

I got run time error

In 12V you have to mention mapping table when you are using apply map function

In 12V when you open script editor window it will take some time to open
