Hi,

     You can implement the SSO (Single Sign On).

     or

     you can make a simple change in IE settings of each user.

     Setting is -> Go to IE -> Internet Options-> Security -> Local Intranet -> Custom Level -> Scroll down at bottom and check for Logon -> Check "Automatic Login using current username and password"

     Close the browser and open the QlikView Access Point Link.

Hi,

I would first check the internet options--> security tab --> Internet --> custom level, in that authentication part,

it should be anonymous logon.

then i try to refresh the page.

Amay

Hi,

     You need to do change in the file named config.xml, this file is available under

     c:\Document & Settings\All user\Application Data\QlikTech\Web

     For 2003 server.

     Open the file and look for word <Folder>

     Here copy from

          <Folder>

                    <Name> QlikView </Name>

                    <Path> ....</Path>

          </Folder>

     and Paste just above that.

     and just cut the QlikView word from Name.

          So your file should look like.

            <Folder>

                    <Name> </Name>

                    <Path> ....</Path>

          </Folder>

          <Folder>

                    <Name> QlikView </Name>

                    <Path> ....</Path>

          </Folder>

          Make sure you take the backup of the file before making changes.

          After changes restart the QlikView server.
