Qlikview Access point compatibility issues in Windows 10

Hi

Some options for Qlikview Access point  is not compatible with Windows 10.

we are facing issue while using chrome and firefox

Example filters are multi box and list box are not working

Present we are using Qlikview 11.2 SR5

Please help us to solve the issue

11.2 SR5 is quite old - maybe an upgrade to 11.2 SR16 or 12.1 SR3 might be useful.

one user complained after updating his firefox browser some filters are not working for qlikview

if it was too old ,in microsoft edge browser access point working without any issues
