Qlikview App Documentation template

In my office the QV team has been delivering the QV apps rapidly and we need to create some simple documentation on these apps.  The primary audience for these documents would be the business users who will be creating their own Apps soon.  They will use the currently developed Apps as their platform.

Has anyone prepared documents like this?  Can you share the template with me?

Also has anyone leveraged QlikView Governance Dashboard for this ?
