Please find the attached document, which i  prepared for the version 9 for the windows high availability clustering configurations. it may be helpful for you. Because there is not a major changes happened at configurations end.

When I set up my QV11 cluster I could not locate any QV11 documentation and used QV9 ones which worked fine for me.

I agree that it is unnerving and it would be good to have a QV11 document, but c'est la vie.

There is a  formal training course of Server Publisher Version 11, which covers QV Server installation / clustering.
