Qlikview Dashboard Automation testing

1.Can we automate Qlikview User Interface(i.e. charts, list box and etc) data validation with respect to database?


We are planning to use excel as third tool which will connect to Qlikview dashboard and Database to bring respective data and perform comparison. Please suggest feasibility of this approach.


Also please share if you have any other suggestions to support Qlikview dashboard automation testing.
