Qlikview Enterprise Management Console not displaying in Windows 7

Hi,

I have a new PC with Windows 7, IE 8, with Qlikview Server 9.0.7808.9 running on a remote server.  The management console will not display in IE8.  It will work in chrome.  Below is the script errors that are displayed in IE 8. with a screen print of what does get generated.  Has anyone experienced this issue.

any help would be appriciated.
