Qlikview Excel exporting issue

I used to be able to export all tables (up to 1000k) from QlikView to Excel.

Now I have gotten a new computer and when I export files over 65k then open up in CSV format insted of Exceö. How come?

Is it Excel or QlikView that is the problem? How can I fix it?

just save the csv  file in Excel as xlsx

I think they decided to export it to csv because xlsx is also limited by number of rows and columns

You mean rename the CVS-file to filename.xlsx?

I've never seen QlikView exporting natively to xlsx.

Could it be that Excel was the default opening program for csv files on the other computer?!?

If export from QlikView to Excel and the rownumber is >65k , Excel opens the csv, then I save it as xlsx...
