Qlikview Failed Task

Hi all,

Tasks is failing with the below error,

"Error: Connector Reply error: Sql##f- sql state: s1000, :Error code 35 Error msg: [Simba ][Hardy](35) Error From server: Error code: 0

Error msg: 'Error running query: java.lang.SecurityException: User does not have permission  SELECT on table '

Anyone knows how to resolve it?

Hi @Eren_yaeger,

The error being returned, Error code 35 Error msg: [Simba ][Hardy](35) Error From server: Error code: 0, is from the source data and is not a QlikView error per se.  The QlikView log is displaying what it received from the source.  A Google search on term "Hardy](35) Error From server: Error code: 0" returns that is cause is likely due to permissions on the table.  Suggest that you contact your DBA for further assistance or contact the connector/driver vendor for support.

Hello ,

1. Had this query worked prior?
2. were there any changes , such as addition of new fields in the database?
3. Can you make the query from the Qlikview server, using the service account, using a third party query tool?
4. Confirm the account used has the appropriate permissions on the database.
