Qlikview Folder Structure

Hi All,

Can any one explain me about the Qlikview General Folder Structure.

A simple one would be:

•     Include - Scripts, Connection Strings, Themes, etc.
•     Souce Data -  Excel, SAP, SQL Server, etc.
•     Generator - QVW's that Store the source data and transform the source data into QVD's
•      QVD - Contains Source and Transformed QVD's
•     Workbooks - QVW that you are currently working on that pull from the QVD's
•     Applications - Finished QVW's.

Hi Ananth,

Create Folders in this Manner,

   Project Name:

          1.Access Point

          2.DashBoard

          3.Backup

          4.Data Extractor

          5.Documents

                    1.Excels

                    2.Images

                    3.QVDS

                    4.Txt Files

The Main .qvw application, which is going to be accessed by client.

Every organization has their own folder structure.
