Qlikview License Issue

Hi Team,

We are triggering Qlikview application by calling Qv.exe in batch scripts and then triggering it through task scheduler. 

However, we are receiving 2 prompts while running mentioned in the below screenshots

If we click on any of the above prompts Qlikview License gets removed automatically,  and Personal Edition is generated.

Can you please give us an insight how to resolve it, as it is creating a lot of issues by not running our applications.

It looked that the calling user has no configured QlikView installation or that any (security) measure prevents the access on the settings.ini.
