Hi,
I am using Qlikview Personal Edition. I got license & control number. I updated the license details in Settings-> User Preferences -> License. When I Clicked on 'Contact License Enabler Server', its not connecting. Showing Issue as
"Qlikview was unable to acquire valid license information for your license key'.Please contact Qlikview support for assistance."
Not knowing whats the issue is.
Please reply me ASAP.
Validating from online server or LEF? Is internet connection there? Reverify the control number and key(even a space would trouble you). If nothing works, contact support :Tips: Contact Qoncierge

Hi,
Have you applied same License to another machine . If yes then copy the LEF and Paste the LEF there then it works !!
