Qlikview - List Box - Multiple Field value selection with SHIFT

I understand CTRL key is used for multiple field values in a List Box.  Is it possible to use SHIFT key to do the same after an applicable is published.

I am able perform multiple field value selection in a field value on my local version but not on the server after an application being published.  Is it doable with minimal server configuration etc.,

Please advise.

I can't reproduce this.

Which client and server versions are you using?

Qlikview for Windows

Version: 11.20.12904.0 64 bit Edition

Same with Server version

Jus for clarification: So you are using the desktop client as client to open the QVW in the server?

You are not using a Webbrowser?

I am using Web browser to access the Qlikview application being published on the server. We have requirement to use 'SHIFT' & 'Click' to multiple LB field value selection, which is not working whereas the same behavior is working fine with the desktop clients.

We don't use a Desktop client to open QVW on the server.
