Qlikview Maps with Extensions

Hello.

I have download some Google Maps extensions like Cluster - Heatmap - Marker.

I have uploaded the Latitudes and the Longitudes and other fields but i don't take any results and i don't see the map.

I have Windows Server 2012 64 bit

Qlikview version 11.2

Internet Explorer 10 

Can anybody help me with the steps.

I have installed the extensions correctly.

I have to modify the java script ? I don't understand.
