Qlikview NPrinting OLE error 800AC472

Hi,

I had created NPrinting excel report, but all of a sudden when trying to edit the report got an error 'OLE error 800AC472'. Post that not able to get my reports.It is not showing data connection and NPrinting object wizard.  It allows me to see and edit the excel template. Attached is the screen short. I am using NPrinting version 16.3.0.0(SR3). Can some one help me resolving this please.

Can it have something to do with the fact that your copy of MS Office hasn't been activated (yet)?

Hi Peter, thanks for your revert.

But it was working fine all these days.

Try to activate MS Office and see if it works again.

Did activating the office work ? i am facing the same issue and similar to you it was working fine before even while office was not active.
