Qlikview PDF printing No-Content for printing Issue

Hi,

Has anybody encountered the following issue before? i need a solution urgently for it.

PDF printing is working fine for qvw script with contents, however, when it tries to print pdf report without contents it is going to prompt the following message box:

I am going to schedule the reload and pdf printing job to run daily or weekly, and problem is that i need to run it in a SILENT mode, i cannot afford for this kind of pop up during each job run.

Any solution or work around can be suggested?

I have found a work around to check whether the table/chart going to be printed contains no data.

I use the getrowcount API and check whether it is > 1 (1 for row headers, i assume)

Please suggest whether got any better ideas?

forgot to mention.

This problem occurred on v8.2/8.5

i haven't tried out latest 9.0 for pdf printing.
