A couple of questions Re: Pivot Tables in Qlikview:
1) Is it possible to get a sequential column within the table. When adding RowNo() or RowNo(TOTAL) as a dimension it removes the rest of the table?
2) The expression I am using is based on an excel spreadsheet which has been mapped to specific boxes .. e.g.
ref box no. title of box
1 box 1 = abc
2 box 3 = def
3 box 7 = lmn
when the expression shows in the table lmn could be column 1, abc column 2. I have therefore added a dimension for Ref in order to sort them into an order and dragged the Ref above the expression. Is it possible to either hide that row? or turn the text to white so you can not see the ref numbers? within the properties of 'Ref' I have made it equal White() but it randomly only changes a couple of the numbers.
