Qlikview Publisher task

Dear Community,

i am facing a problem with publisher task failure.

our publisher, server license get expired on, let say first Aug 2014, and at 2nd aug 2014, all task getting expected...

(because licensed had been expired)....That's fine

and after a month,  4, 5 days back we upgraded the license in Qlikview management console(QMC), and its showing status" license has been applied successfully"....that's Fine as well.

And after updating the license we started services and started task running, BUT Even a single task is not running successfully,

a task which had been completing in 2 minutes, its running about 2 to 3 hours and than showing failure status.

That's really not fine 🙂

and Even its hanging after 2 hour some time..and its not generating Reload log files but generating task log file, which is showing "failed to open document"...

have tried to clear and re apply license two to three times, each time showing successfully..but our task are still not running..

where to look..

any suggestion please, would be highly appreciated...
