Hi,
I've been trying to create a report in qlikview hiding and showing objects based on variable values. For example, I have 10 objects (charts, tables, etc) named object1, object2, .... object 10. The user selects what object should be displayed on the report to print it. The report has only one page in which the objects are sharing the same X,Y coordinates. The user decides which objects should be display changin the values of the variables from Y to N or viceversa.
It works perfect on developer mode... But when the qvw document is accessed through the AccessPoint in production environment, it shows the Qlikview Logo and "Printing Report..." phrase and remains like that forever.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, you have any pdf reader or writer installing in the server or in the local pc that is accessing to the acces point?
No, Fernando, I dont. Usually I access the AccessPoint from my computer and when I try to access the report to print it, it remains on "Printing Report..." and that's it, no printing, no nothing LOL.
Hi everyone
The problem has been solved partially. Our support partner recommended to upgrade from 11.00.414.0 to the most recent version of qlikview server and it worked but only in our development environment, we did the same thing on production environment but the problem remains
