I have a requirement where i want to implement section access on the attached excel. I have a 3 level hierarchy ie. PM(Project Manager), TL(Technical Lead), SE(Software Engineer). The PM should be able to see all the TL and SE data under him/her. Similarly with TL. One PM/TL/SE should not be able to see other PM/TL/SE data. Similarly SE should not be able to see the TL/PM data.

Have to 2 tables in data model, in one of the table we have email id of the users present.
