Qlikview Server 9.0 error

Hi to everyone:

We have a problem, well i dont exactly if it is a problem or a bad configuration, but when my clients triy to view the application on the server and they are out of the Office Network this error appears:

Does anyone has an idea for this??, it is for some bad configuration on the server or what, because something just clicking in Open the application is shown, but some other times it blocks the app.

It is not an error..if you clic in "connect", appears "BalancedScoreCard.qvw" then clic in "open"

Hi Evelyn and thanks for your response, the problem is that the windows only appears when they conect by internet, out of the Network, then i want to know what i have to do, or what i have to configure because i think it is not normal that the windows appears

Have the user connect to your company's VPN and then access the application.

Yes it's the way one of my user access the application, and with the normal Internet it is when that window appears, can you help me with this Jason?

Carlos,

Is your user logged in to the VPN? This will give them access to the local QlikView Server as if they were in the office. If they have the VPN running and this window is still showing up, you may have another problem with your configuration.
