Hello,
I have a published document in a Qlikview Server with several bar graphs.
All graphs have an automatic scale for X and Y axis, but the customer is asking to change it manually on the web view.
I have tested on my computer (Dev. mode) using the web view and I'm able to change the scales but on the Qlikview server, when I right-click on the graph and select properties I can see the properties of the expressions but I'm unable to change it. It appears in grey.

Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

No user will be able to change the existing chart on the server. They would need to make an unlinked copy of the chart on the server and then change the unlinked copy.

Thanks a lot Nicole
You’re right — that’s a common issue when switching from Dev mode to a QlikView Server environment. In server or web view mode, some chart properties (like manual Y-axis scaling) are restricted to maintain document security and consistency. Only developers with edit permissions can change those settings directly on the published version.
