I am trying to update the Qlikview server 11.20 to Qlikview server 12.
After the installation I am unable to see any application in access point.
I tried changing the authorization from NTFS TO DMS but was unable to find the option to do so.
Has any one faced such issue.
I am just getting General and Login option in System-->SetUp-->Qlikview Servers.
Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong.

Are the services running under the same accounts than the previous QlikView 11? There is no major security changes from QlikView 11.20 to QlikView 12.x
Based on your screenshot, the QVS is not linked to the QMC, you should see more tabs for the QlikView server such as Folders, Documents, Security, Performance... Does it even show in the QMC > Status as running?
Hi I got it fixed.
Instead of using the server name If i use the ip address and restart the services I get to see the other options
