I've found an edited version of the Qlikview Server Performance QVW from 2012 which has an added tab for Licenses (License optimizer report).

This is great, but I can't find the root download of this file, nor can I find a more recent version. Is this the latest version? It seems to give me results that I would expect, but is this version reliable with the current log files?

I don't believe that a really newer version exists. If you want to look on server performance the governance material could help:
