Qlikview Server from SR7 to SR12

May we request for your assistance to confirm if we can upgrade our existing Qlikview Server from SR7 to SR12?

Please confirm if our license agreement is capable for the upgrade.

Also, please give us guide/procedure for the upgrade because our team has planned to upgrade our Qlikview Software.
