Qlikview Server issue

Dear All,

I am having Qlikview 11 server and the licence have been applied....But the issue is When i click on the QVS i am getting the following error.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Make sure that the QVS is available with the correct credentials.

Please help me on this...

Hi Bharat,

go the services.msc from a start bar run window, and check that each of the Qlikview Services is running as a user that belongs to the Qlikview Adminstrators group, you normally have a specific account for this purpose who is normally also a member of the local Administrators group on the server.
