Thank you..If you see the output first column RMS doesn't have sub column in the pivot table...there we found diffiuclty.

Should not be a problem if you go to Pivot Table Properties... Presentation Tab and Tick Always Fully Expanded..

Place,

RMS,

YearMonth

Expression

sum(Room_Availability_Count)

Occ%

similar for other expression.

and at Front End then drag Year Month column to right top.
