Qlikview Time format JD Edwards

Good Day

Can someone advise me how i can get the following time in the correct format? I have tried a few thing but cant seem to get around it?

Note that some of the times below has also eliminated the 0 in front. example 93240 should have been 093240 which is 09:32:40 .
