Qlikview Workbench

I would like to know about the QlikView Workbench.

And advantages of using the Qlikview Workbench .

Do we need the CAL license if we are going for the QlikView Workbench?

Will it increase the Performance?

Does it has the same unique Associative and In Memmory Advantage?

What abt the Accesspoints. Is there any documents available on the same????
