Qlikview access denied

I am having trouble with certain users receiving the message access denied when last week they were able to see what they needed.  Their access did not change, however, we did have to do a system restore a week prior which changed the IP address to the server, could this be a cause?  I am using Qlikview 10

Hi napac1458,

Are you using section access in your QV documents ? Maybe you need to include the users in the section acess table.

The users are in the security table being called, but it's as if their logins changed
