Qlikview access point :No Server

I have encountered the error in access point no server.But all the services are running.Please help

Could you please provide more info. Is this a new installation ? Or was it working fine but suddenly encountered an issue? Have you checked your IIS pool settings?

It was working well suddenly we encountered this issue.we are not using iis in the server

Alright, So you might be then using Qlikview Webserver, correct? Are you using any load balancer? In QMC, howz ur DSC configured?

can you check QlikView Web server Services, Take An Approval And Restart the Web server Services

you only configured your server or someone?

Have you checked your IIS pool settings?

Check it once Attachment How to configured IIS, maybe it will help you.

we do not have iis i checked.installation was done by someone else.am newly joined here

Better to refer Attached file and Try to check its Available are not if Available Follow the steps you will find out Bug.
