Qlikview access point is getting continuously 'loading content' issue

Hi All,

One of my user facing one issue that is when he opens Qlikview through access point, then he is getting continuously ‘loading content’ for the access point. See below screen shot.

But access point is working for other users without any issue in same location and same company.

I have suggested to him re-install the IE even though he getting same issue.

Please let me know what are the possibility's to resolve the above issues...(I don't know which operating system he is using) 

I need steps to resolve the issues.
