Qlikview accesspoint login issue

We have 11.2 SR10 version. When we try to log in to applications we get the user name and password prompt at attached.

Any idea ?

what kind of authentication is used on the server ? what is the expected scenario ?

is there an ISS server ?

check up the authentication sheet under webserver on QMC consol if it is setted to ntlm  and Default login page (browser authentication) .

tht is bcz of ur sever setting,if u don't want u can set like tis ur setting from QMC-System-setup-qv web server.
