Qlikview crash problems

Hi,

I am using Qlikview 11.20 SR17. It crashes every time when resizing the controls like Textbox. I reinstalled the software and rebooted the computer, but the problem stays.  The message I got is as below. I have to restart Qlikview and re-open the project.

Please advise.

Thanks
