Qlikview dashboard showing negative values

One of our qlikview product build on qlikview 11. 

Application's deshbroad shows negative values in different VM where it is using qlikview 12. 

Can anybody suggests the reason and a way to debug this issue?

Are you trying to use Sum or Count function??

if so use as below for 12+ versions

=Sum(if(condition,1,0))

Sure I will check this, will that work fine with the older versions like 11 as well?

Deepak, I know you submitted a support case on this, be sure you attach sample app to the case, so we can have a look at things to confirm what is going on and whether it was a known defect or what...  Once we get things settled via the Support Case, you can return here and either mark the other post as the solution, or you can write up what we guided you to do and then mark that as the solution for anyone coming across this later.

Attached formula is used here. Please suggest if its correct way or needs to be modified. 

And will the changed formula works fine with older versions like 11
