Qlikview dashboard time estimation

I am in the process of creating Qlikview project time estimating document.

I am considering right from building a dashboard.

Like Data source connectivity takes 2 hours (by considering simple, medium and complex)

Data Layer (Data Cleansing / Scripting and Data Modeling) will take around 300 hours (considering complexing)

Dashboarding -- not sure how to define the time

Advance Features --??

Security Activities --??

Testing  -- ??

and Publishing -- ??
