We have an online platform to which our clients have access to.
One of the components of that platform is Qlikview dashboards. The different client dashboards are distributed according to an id list in an Excel file.
However, recently we had to add a new client, which means adding a cell in the Excel distribution list. Then, we allocated the necessary document CALs and made the required steps in order to map the Qlikview dashboard into our platform.
Nevertheless, in this specific case, if we access to the dashboards in our platform, the dashboard does not show, and the following error message appears:
Have you any idea on what can be going wrong here? The other dashboards that result from this distribution are still being normally shown.
