Qlikview failed to populate script editor

Does anyone experience the same situation before.

I am using Qlikview 11.20 Personal Edition in a 64 bit Windows 10.

My Qlikview suddenly failed to populate the script editor but no error message given.

Following is my steps:

1. Click the new document button from the tool bar

2. Click Script editor.

Result: nothing comes out, but the Qlikview main window was locked. But I can press the "esc" button from my keyboard to unlock the main window.

Just forgot to say, I have the same problem for opening an old document. even the document was done by the same computer. So it is not related to new document or old document, but the program itself.

Anyone have any idea?

Silly me, I found the reason now.

It was the problem with my own computer. issue fixed.
