Qlikview formatting challenge using vertical & horizontal dimensions

I am tasked with building a pivot table that shows both horizontal and vertical dimensions.

Notice in the attachment - spreadsheet format has no grey area highlighted compared to Qlikview format. The client apparently dislike the Qlikview format.

7 vertical dimensions

1 horizontal dimension  (eg Deliverable Status)

1 expression (Deliverable)

Is there a way I can get around this using the standard user visualizations in Qlikview? I need to get as close to the spreadsheet format as possible. I erased some information due to data sensitivity. Does a pivot table extension exist that can achieve this?

Your input is much appreciated.

I think you need to combine two or more table-charts and/or perhaps some textboxes which might overlapping eachother to get closer to your spreadsheet format.
