Hello, i need to open the Qlikview guide but it doesn't work properly.
Can you tell me if there's any action have i to take in order to let it works?
I've reinstalled the Qlikview application but without effect.

When i right click on the chm file, the dialog doesn't show the button you have pointed out in red.
Any ideas?

I didn't see this button, too which indicates that it's rather not the topic if the file is from the internet or local - but further I think it's somehow security related - could you other chm-files like those: C:\Windows\Help\mui\0407 open?

I can open it but it doesn't show nothing on the right hand of the window.

This are the windows own help - if they don't work I think you have a bigger problem with your installed OS. Was there some other installations or windows updates or adjustments on some system settings / registry entries?
I think you should make a backup from your datas and profil and try to solve it with a system recovery point and/or a system check respectively a system repair.
