Qlikview help not displaying

hello everyone my qlikview help is not displaying.

i read about it in another conversation and the solution was to format but i dont want to do that.

Could you let us know what version and service release you are having this with?

which version ur usng and is it trail or licensed version?

if trail uninstall and reinstal..

if license... upgrade to latest version

hi,

i am using qv 11.20 sr12 64 bit with license it is the second time i installed it .

i do not and can not work with qv 12 because it dosent work well with hebrew.

So in the language setting "Hebrew" the help is not working.

I know it is not a perfect solution, but can you check if switching it to English does make the help work?
